Protection Plan Advantages

All Roadstar Protection Plans come with the following benefits

Concierge Services

All VSC plans that are 12 months or more include access to a personal concierge service for the life of every contract.  

Rental Reimbursement

If your customer’s vehicle is unable to be repaired on the same day and requires a rental car, Roadstar will reimburse up to $30 per day, with a 5-day maximum.

Trip Interruption

If your customer’s car is kept overnight due to a covered mechanical breakdown, and is more than 100 miles from home.  Roadstar will reimburse for lodging and meals.

24/7 Roadside

Immediate roadside assistance that includes towing assistance, lock-out assistance, fuel delivery service, a battery jumpstart & flat tire assistance.

Accepted Nationwide

Roadstar Protection Plans are accepted by any licensed repair facility nationwide. All claims are paid directly by corporate credit card to avoid any out-of-pocket expenses to get your customers back on the road.

Retail Value

If your customer decides to sell their vehicle, any Roadstar VSC can be transferred to a new owner, adding increased value to the vehicle along with potentially a higher resale value.

Disclosure: Roadstar offers Protection Plans or Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) may be referred as “extended car warranty”, or “auto warranty”. A VSC is not a warranty but provides repair coverage for your vehicle after your manufacturer’s vehicle warranty has expired. The VSC contract is with you and the vehicles owner and the VSC provider or administrator that will state what is covered in each plan.

Roadstar High Mileage

This plan is targeted toward vehicles with higher mileage and/or older cars. This coverage covers the 3 major vehicle components: Engine, Transmission, and Drive Axle

Roadstar Powertrain

This plan is targeted toward vehicles with higher mileage and/or older cars. This covers the Engine, Transmission, Differential Assembly, Drive Axle, Transfer Unit, Cooling System, Air Conditioning, Fuel System, and Electrical.

Roadstar Powertrain Plus

This plan is targeted toward vehicles with higher mileage and/or older cars. This covers everything found in Roadstar Powertrain along with additional electrical coverage.

Roadstar Premium

This is the next level of component coverage above Standard. This covers everything in Standard plus Advanced Electrical, Steering, Front and Rear Suspension, and Brakes.

Roadstar Standard

This plan is standard component coverage for average miles. This covers Engine, Transmission, Transfer Unit, Differential Assembly, Drive Axle, Cooling System, Electrical, Air Conditioning, and Turbo.

Roadstar Executive

This is the highest level of component coverage offered. This provides the most comprehensive coverage of the vehicle.

Roadstar First Class

This is the next level of component coverage above Premium. This covers everything in Premium plus Fuel Delivery, and additional Advanced Electrical.
